A prominent musician from last year, Kristen Nodell, has entered a new band called Women’s National Hockey league which is a “post mom rock” band from Penn State, formed around December 2018. Members include Kristen Nodell (lead vocal/guitar), James Russin (lead guitar), Liam Nee (drums), Julie Larson (bassist) and Greta Guthrie (keys/vocal). WNHL is excited to announce the release of their first EP with all original songs this January! Lyrics are often silly (look out for a song on the EP about a kangaroo from Miami).
