nestled between Henderson and Burrowes
a sizzling cornucopia
luring me into its marmalade maw
vienna sausage, poppyseed bun, pickles, mustard — hold the relish
I wonder how much of the world it has tasted
in that same way I am so full,
so far from where I belong
